At AKTY, we always expand our product capabilities in serving various industries such as the telecommunication, disk drive, semiconductor and electronics industries worldwide.

Our electronic manufacturing services through contract manufacturing cover the capability to produce dielectric capacitor chip, garnet and magnet for mobile phone isolators, adjustment board for base station isolator, ceramic printed board for GPS antennas, wear test parts for tape drive heads and ceramic wedge bonder. In addition to the manufacturing of these micro precision components, our production capability also extends to the fabrication of precision jigs using ESD-safe advance ceramics and other special high end materials.

AKTY also specialises in providing advance engineering services (AES) whereby customers are assured of quality precision lapping and polishing from flatness down to sub-micron level which include aeronautical parts, high precision jigs, fixtures, base and seals. As a total solution provider, we also specialize in the grooving, slicing and reconditioning processes. These processes cover various types of grooving, ceramic grooved jig, ceramic block slicing, dicing blade reconditioning and chuck table reconditioning.

In supporting these product capabilities, AKTY places much emphasis on the quality and consistency of our products, which can be measured using our high power measuring scope, metallurgical microscope, low power visual scope, ZYGO and the interferometer.
