Major Equipments

In meeting stringent customer requirements and specifications from various industries, AKTY’s modern and high-end equipment include the multiple-wire saw machine, double side lapping machine, single side lapping machine, micro grinders and surface grinders. These major machineries have the capacity to manufacture to various precision such as 30 to 50 microns for the multiple-wire saw machine and 0.5 to 10 microns for the micro grinder.

In addition, our manufacturing floor is also enhanced with the semi-auto screen printing machine, high temperature furnace and oven with a maximum temperature of 1100 degree Celsius, a semi-auto washing machine with a 4-station ultrasonic and heater, along with a semi-auto drying machine which has a 2-station heater.

AKTY’s manufacturing floor is lined with state-of-the-art facilities such as clean rooms (class 1K and 10K) and waste water treatment plants which has a capacity of 200m/hour. We are also equipped with a pure water system processor which comprises two units of R.O. unit enhanced by resistivity of 10-15 M/cm which is also capable of purifying water amounting to 3m/hour. In addition, our air compressor facility which is used for the supply of clean dry air is capable of processing 6.3m/min.
